What the tools use
The comparison board reads two species choices. Enrichment and supply filters use species and purpose choices. The notebook reads species, date, optional time and nickname, an observation and optional context. These values stay in page memory. No site-managed localStorage or journal history is created; your browser may independently retain form state.
Downloads
The notebook creates a local plain-text file with the entry you previewed. A blank sheet contains only headings and explanatory notes. The site does not upload these files or read later changes. Keep your own files private if you put personal or professional details in them.
No accounts or tracking scripts
No member accounts, public posts, messages, newsletter forms, payments, analytics, advertising pixels or remote fonts are included. The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Cloudflare Pages serves the static files and may process normal technical request information under its service policies.
External destinations
Amazon and animal-welfare resources follow their own privacy practices. Shopping links include the site’s tracking ID and category query, not notebook contents or filter choices. The tools are not emergency reporting or veterinary contact services.
