A useful note separates observation from interpretation
“Carried food to the usual shelter” describes an event. “Definitely happy” draws a conclusion that a short observation cannot establish. Add the time and relevant context, and put uncertainty in the question field. A blank sheet can also be used on paper or in your own notes app.

This notebook gives no score, diagnosis, warning threshold or treatment advice. If an animal seems unwell or you notice a concerning change, contact a vet rather than waiting to build a record. Keep any veterinary instructions separately and follow them.
